 Practicing following yoga helps in treating thyroid.

  • Yoga Mudra: Saman Mudra

             Duration: 10 minutes daily early morning or as required

  • Yoga: Makrasana

             Duration: 2-4 minutes in morning or evening minimum 6 hours post meal.
