फटे दूध को फेंके नहीं, लाएं कुछ इस तरह से प्रयोग में

Adhiktar aisa hota hai ki ghar par laya doodh phat jata hai. Aur aisa khaskar garmiyon mein hota hai. Aise mein phate doodh ko phainke nahi, uska banayein tazaa aur naram paneer. Apnayein yahan dia hua asaan tareeka phate doodh se paneer banane ka.

फटे दूध का पनीर बनाने की विधि – Phate doodh se paneer banane ka tareeka:

  1. Phate doodh ko garam kar lein , jese hi ubala aan lage tab usmein 1 chammach nimbu ke ras ki daalein.
  2. Doodh mein paneer alag aur paani alag dikhne lagega, tab aanch band kar dein.
  3. Paneer ko malmal ke kapde se chaan kar saaf paani se dho lein taaki nimu ka taste nikal jaye.
  4. Paneer ko dho kar kapde mein nichor lein taaki saara paani nikal jayein.
  5. Ghar par bana swadisth naram aur tazaa paneer taiyaar hai.

Phate doodh ke paani se goonda aata bahut hi paushtik hota hai aur roti naram aur swadisth banti hai.

Ghar par bane paneer ko aap paneer ki bhurji ya bangali mithaiyaan jese ki sondesh, rasgulla banane mein istemaal kar sakte hain.
