Blood Badhane ke Upay aur Upchar – How to increase Hemoglobin in Hindi

  • Shareer mein khoon ki kami ko pora karne ke liye rojana subah khaali pait gungune paani mein ek chammach nimbu ka ras aur ek chammach shahed mila kar piyein. Yeh khoon badhane ka dadi maa ka desi ilaj hai.
  • Rojana thande paani se snaan karein. Thande paani se snaan karne se body ka blood circulation badhta hai jisse ki shareer mein urja aati hai.

  • Tulsi ka sevan bhi shareer mein rakt ke level ko badhata hai. Iske liye aap tulsi ki chai piyein ya fir 2 patte tulsi ke chabayein. Khoon badhane ka yeh gharelu upchar bahut hi kaamyaab hai.
