  • Hare Matar 1 kg
  • Aloo
  • Tamatar
  • Gobhi
  • Onion
  • Hara dhaniya
  • Haldi
  • Namak
  • Jeera
  • Kali mirch
  • Dhaniya
  • Lal mirch
  • Badi elaichi
  • Ghee

Matar Ki Sabzi Preparation Method (Vidhi):

  • Matar ko chilkar pish le
  • Kadahi me ghee dalkar masale ko badiya lal bhun le
  • Jab masala achi tarah bhun jaye to pise matar  dal de
  • Isi me aloo, gobhi, tamatar or onion ko dal de
  • Gobhi ki matra bahut kam honi chahiye
  • Upar se hara dhaniya dal kar serve karein.
