Yoga Mahasir Mudra Fingers :

  • Index finger, middle finger,  ring finger and Thumb
  • Mahasir yoga mudra relieves stress

Yoga Mahasir Mudra Technique:

  • Make the tip of index finger and middle finger touch the thumb tip.
  • Fold the ring finger and bring close to thumb tip.
  • Keep the little finger straight.

Yoga Mahasir Mudra Posture / pose:

  • Sit in a relaxing peaceful position
  • Eyes Close
  • Both hands in mahasir mudra
  • Normal Breathing
  • Continue it for 10 minutes.
