Kadai Paneer Recipe banane ki Samagri:

  • 250gm Paneer in pieces
  • 6 Pyaz (Onion)
  • 4 Tamatar (Tomato)
  • 1 Small piece Ginger (Adrak)
  • 2 Hari Mirch (green chilli)

  • 1 spoon green chilli sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Dhaniya Powder
  • Tel talne ke liye
  • Thoda sa hara Dhaniya
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 Laung
  • 2 spoon cream
  • 2 Choti Elaichi
  • 1 Badi Elaichi
  • 1 Tejpatta
  • 1 cup paani
  • 1 Chota Dalchini (Cinnamon) ka tukda
  • Namak Swadanusar (salt to taste)

How to Make Kadhai Paneer Recipe

Kadai Paneer Recipe Preparation Method (Kadai Paneer Recipe Banane ki Vidhi):

  • Kadai Paneer banane ki liye sabse pehle 4 tamatar ko ek bartan mein 10 minute boil karein.
  • Boil hone par thanda karne ke baad isme adrak milakar puree banalein.
  • Ek alag pan mein pehle paneer ke deep fry karke rakh lein. Aur Shimla mirch aur do pyad ke lambe slices kaat kar deep fry karke alag rakh lein.
  • Ek nonstick pan mein thoda sa tel daalein, aur phir laung tejpatta, dalchini aur elaichi daalein. Phir isme pyaz ke chote tukde kate hue daalein aur light brown hone tak bhune.
  • Phir isme Tamatar ki puree daalein aur thodi der tak pakayein.
  • Pakne par isme haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder daalein aur phir 2 minute pakaayein.
  • Ab isme paneer ki tukde aur fried pyaz, shimla mirch daalein aur thoda sa paani daal dein.
  • 10 minute tak dheemi aanch par pakayein.
  • Pakne par ek bowl mein daal kar upar se hara dhaniya aur garam masala daal dein aur Kadhai Paneer serve karein.
